What happens to your details.
When you send an enquiry
The form asks for a way to reach you and what you are after. That, plus the time and the page you sent it from, is stored so the enquiry cannot be lost, and forwarded to the studio's email. It is used to reply to you and for nothing else — no mailing list, no resale, ever.
When you pay
Card, Apple Pay and Afterpay payments happen on Stripe's own secure page — this site never sees or stores a card number. Stripe's handling of that data is covered by Stripe's privacy policy. The invoice reference and amount you enter are kept as a record of the payment attempt.
Tracking
There are no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts on this site, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Asking about your data
To see or delete anything you have sent through this site, emailluca@luca.org.nz and it will be handled under the Privacy Act 2020. The site is operated by Metalmark Limited (NZBN 9429053158130), trading as Luca, Christchurch, New Zealand.
